      Dear Optiwave Support Team,
      I am writing to report a licensing issue encountered when launching OptiSystem 23.0.
      When I start the application, I immediately receive the following error messages:
      “License unavailable. Error #SH207: License not available [51]. Virtualized environment not supported.”
      After confirmation, the application terminates with the message:
      “Could not obtain license. Terminating application.”
      As a result, OptiSystem cannot be launched at all.
      Environment details:
      Software: OptiSystem 23.0
      Operating system: Windows 11
      The software is installed on my personal computer
      I am not intentionally running OptiSystem inside a virtual machine
      However, the error message indicates that the software detects a virtualized environment, which may not be correct in my case. I have attached screenshots of the exact error dialogs for your reference.
      Could you please advise:
      What conditions may trigger this “virtualized environment not supported” detection?
      Whether this issue can be resolved through configuration or license settings?
      If additional system information or logs are required from my side?

      Thanks for reaching us!

      In order to debug your issue, I need some more information from you:
      1. Have you purchased the OptiSystem license or are you using the evaluation license (for 30-days)? If you have a purchased license, then please share the license serial number.
      2. Can you please share the snapshots of the error messages you get? We did not receive it.

      Can you please share all the above information at support@optiwave.com please. We will take it further from there. In the mean time, we will start looking into the issue you reported.
