It has been mentioned in another forum topic page by one of the Optiwave team members that OptiSystem will only be offered for 64-bit windows. I think this was not the case with OptiSystem 13, even though I am not sure about v. 13.0.3. I suggest you contact Optiwave via mail for confirmation.
