There is no way you can reinstall and expired OptiSystem version on the same computer. You can either ask for monthly lease or you can ask for license extension from Optiwave at info@optiwave.com . Please see the following reply:

You cannot use evaluation version in your system again. What you can do is to request for another one month extension from the admin by mailing them at info@optiwave.com
