How can I get access to the example ‘Optimizing the pump power and frequencies Average Model.osd’. Please provide the link.

You can find the sample you are looking for in OptiSystem sample files after you have installed the samples. After installation, you can go to the “optical amplifiers” section in OptiSystem samples folder and use the aforementioned file (I don’t know exactly in which versions it is available though).
