I’m trying to design an optical modulator using ring resonator. However, I did not find any function for electrode or electro-optic parameters in OptiFDTD. Is there any way I can simulate an optical modulator in OptiFDTD or do I need a different software?
PS,
I am aware that OptiBPM has these functions, however, as far as I know, you cannot simulate a ring resonator in OptiBPM. 
Provided your effect is uniform across the resonator your best solution for modelling a ring resonator with electro-optics is in fact the OptiSpice product.
