It says that i cannot download optisystem because i have reached the download limit for this file.. byt i used a chromebook OS last time, but it doesnt support its download so it could not be downloaded.. now i switched my laptop to windows so that it can be downloaded but now it has reached the download limit.. so what should i do now.. pls help .. as i really need to download OPTISYSTEM 22 urgently for my college
