I would like to simulate short optical pulse propagating on nonlinear optical fiber, this is based on self phase modulation technique. the aim is to understand the dispersion on the fiber. but little bit confused by the results i don’t understand. could you help ?

where are the results that made you confused?
Please these are parameters and results, i would like to see dispersion and non-linearity, could you please help me to understand this results? and also need to use split step Fourier transform in matlab to verify this results. no idea please help
