we are working on the NLD removal techniques for radio over fiber link.Technical Support suggested us CATV for the NLD analysis. But we are still unable to identify that how we can analyzed the order of nonlinearity when we increase the length of fiber or laser power etc.

This is beyond my expertise! I have attached some papers that could help you out. I believe that the two-tone analysis technique is required (on top of performing single tone analysis).
