In sources and optical fiber components, there is a noise tab. you can define the noise bandwidth, threshold level, and dynamics.
the manual explains each of these parameters.
you can plot any two parameters in OptiSystem. just insert the graph in the report tab then drag and drop any two variables on x-axis and y-axis.
