during the running of MZM i got error like “”not enough points across the wave guide””….how can i rectify that??plz anyone clarify my things…also is it possible to design the wafer width >>100 microns????

Thank you for your reply.I want to design counter with help of D FF using MZM .initially i am trying to implement the D FF in step by step manner..But i got error in that..Here i am attached my design file and basic paper….can u help me out from that problem..

You just need to increase the number of mesh points in the 2D Simulation Parameters.
