Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

I have built a mux with circulators, couplers and FBG filters, in which I have had difficulty understanding the analysis of the inputs and outputs of the filter and circulators. If you can help me with a feedback if the construction is correct or what could be an optimal way to do it without the need for couplers. thank you very much.
Dear Jonathan,
I think the issues you are encountering due to not using delay elements in the circulator path for the signal coming from the combined signals of the FBG. Also, due to the width of the FBG related to the wavelength separation of the lasers.
Regards,
Ahmad
