before any one would reply, i want say that i know the procedure, bjut have confusion of how to set the the parameter so as to get the optimized results.
responses will be appreciated and especially any basic .osd file.
Since you have asked in your post about the proper procedure, but then you have mentioned in your commnet that you know about the procedure, I believe in order to be more specific about it, can you please mention your requirements and the .osd file in here if it is possible?

actually i am my self trying it on optisystem but i am not confident of what i am doing is correct procedure, and i am not able to optimize all parameters

please did you get the answer for the multiparameter optimization in optisystem 14, since I know the procedure but at the end of calculation the optimization will be cancelled. I think the problem is in the parameter and result column.
