  Hello All,
  
  I used the CW laser with one mode(power ratio =1), the Hermite, Laguerre, Donut and Multimode tranverse mode generators and transmitted the signal through multimode fiber. When I checked the output, donut mode gives the 45 modes as output, LG mode gives 7 modes output, HG mode gives 7 modes output, multimode mode gives 7 modes output.
  
  How it differs for all these mode generators? I am interested to find out the donut mode output. Can anyone please share their views?
  
  My optisystem trial version is over. In my school, they have only optisystem version4. I am still attaching the file and a picture of the system.
