I have met some trouble in doing cosimulation of optisystem and matlab, I want to I want to add the optical signal (amplitude) generated in matlab to optisystem and calculate the related eye diagram error rate, etc. But it is difficult for me to do this and I want to get some help, thank you very much

Please make sure that the signal structure is correctly defined in the Matlab code. It must match the input to the next component in OptiSystem. There are different types (sampled, parametric, noise bins, etc..). Please refer to the example in OptiSystem Example library located at the following link for more guidance.
