Yes, faraday rotation and also mogneto-optic effects in waveguides for non-reciprocal phase shift. OptiSPICE for now but would like to know the answer for the others as well.

Unfortunately OptiSPICE right now does not have any magneto-optic effect type models yet. In OptiSystem we have a polarization rotator (faraday rotator) and assorted components like waveplates.
