Hi, I have installed the free evaluation version, and whenever I start the program, it shows these two messages:

License unavailable.
Error #SH207: License not available (51]
Virtualized environment not supported

Could not obtain license. Terminating application.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello Haitham,

Are you using a virtual machine to run our evaluation software? Please note that the evaluation version doesn’t support this feature.
