License not obtained error

Hello,

I recently installed the free evaluation version of OptiSystem software. While the software launches successfully, I encounter an issue when attempting to start a new project. Specifically, the error “#SH202: license not available” consistently appears.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the software, the problem persists. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
