I want to get laser’s P-I curve but the curve i obtain as shown in Fig attached is not similar to an actual laser’s curve.Please let me know what parameter on optisys should be changed to get PI curve similar to a practical laser?

Typically this is the PI-curve of the laser.
you can change the I_threshold and I_saturation (which is max current). also you can control the slope of the curve.
which practical curve you meant?
