hi i want datasheet of laser source that provided us with output power 600 mW and wavelength 1554 nm can i found like this source thanks for helping
Hi Moataz,
Can you, please, also specify what kind of laser exactly are you looking for? Pulse or CW? Single or multimode, etc. In general, most of commercially available high-power lasers (which, as known, are mostly used as a pump) are operating at a lower wavelength range. If you want to achieve such a high power as 600 mW at 1554 nm wavelength range, then you might need to consider either Erbium or Raman amplification laser schemes.
If that’s what you are interested in, you may a look at the following links about the amplification laser schemes that I’ve mentioned above: http://optoelectronics.ece.ucsb.edu/sites/default/files/publications/wang05jlt.pdf

Thanks for your useful support
You are welcome, Moataz! As a forum member, I am glad to give you my advice and my recommendations. Good luck with your studying and research work!
If I may add to Ravil’s answer: a 1554nm laser at that power level is also achievable with an Erbium Fiber laser using fiber bragg gratings as reflectors.
Thank you for your addition Alessandro! It is a very important application of Erbium laser and fiber Bragg grating for high power laser sources.
