Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hello
According to the journal which is attached, i am following the same simulation steps which are mentioned in the journal. The substrate of GaAs with the subwavelength aperture of Gold (Au) and also the nano-gratings structure to calculate the light absorption enhancement factor (LAEF). BUT i am unable to get the LAEF. I am not sure what mistake i am doing while simulating the Nanogratings structure. My design file is attached here in the .zip file (journal and .fdt file).
Many Thanks.

Hello Jawaduddin,
The rar file is rejected for security reasons. Can you please send your design to support@optiwave.com so I can take a look? Also specify within your email what version of the product your are using.
