I am finding any component that can perform the functionality of Invertor i.e it can convert positive going electrical pulse into negative one ??
Is there any component like that in opti sys then kindly share info about that.

Try the Electrical Gain component in Signal Processing Library/Arithmetic/Electrical folder, by changing the gain to -1 you will get the inverted signal.
