Intermodulation distortion

Hi all,

I am trying to directly modulate the LASER with the carrier generator with carriers at 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1 GHz, 1.1 GHz and 1.2 GHz. I am not able to see second order and third order intermodulation frequencies at the output.
