Hi Prakash,
A cursary analysis of your system attracted my attention the upconversion part implementation. I have seen optical power combiner being used instead of power splitter. Changing this did not improve the results, though. So I suggest you expand your system implementation using OptiSystem OFDm examples (you can start with them and make the necessary changes to them to implement your own design).

In the above statement, I was referring to the way that you upconvert the signal into optical domain. However, if you start working on an OptiSystem OFDM sample, you would not need to worry about that. You can open an CO-OFDM sample, and make the necessary changes to it (such as adding mux and so on) so that you implement your own system.
