Hi,
my friend we can create all optical NAND,XOR,NOR and …with a mach-zehnder. I saw this result in recent all optical gate articles.
my mean is we should only use MZI or combination of MZI,we should not use SOA, or SOA_MZI, i want to know it is possible create NOT gate (with out SOA) for example using MZI.
please any info or document reference

this project for me is failed for M.Sc. so i changed my subject, but some of old files, ,may be useful for you.
i resist this project for me is failure and i am not succeed in realize this idea.
