Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

there are three commponents for MCF in Optisystem18. I would like to know how to use them to simulate the crosstalk between cores. could anyone share a demo about mcf application?
Hello,
You may calculate each MCF component and read the datasheet for more information. You could reproduce the results displayed in the datasheet once the component is calculated with default parameters. Then, you could change the parameters as required.
Please contact me at ahmad.atieh@optiwave.com if you still have any other question.
