I am new in OptiFDTD software. Can any one please help me how simulate optical fiber or waveguide in this software.

I think in order to simulate waveguide or fiber you need to install the software related to system or fiber.
I run OptiFTDT package which installed OptiFTDT Designer and OptiFTDT Analyzer. Is there any other module is also required to simulate and design a optical waveguide.

OptiFDTD should cover most of your needs for simulating the waveguide. If you want to do in depth mode solving then OptiMODE would also be of help. You can find it in the same installation directory as OptiFDTD.
