I want to design a simulation with a Burst Modulator at 2 Kbit/s bit rate, while the layout is 1 Gbits/s bit rate. I tried to design but I cannot it. The simulation only works when the bit rates of A and B are equal or the difference is not too large. please help me! thanks!
