You can implement any logic gate in optiwave using semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) based on it’s non-linearity.They are very attractive nonlinear elements for the realization of different logic functions. You can implement these gates with SOA-MZI.Due to its compactness and stable structure,these gates seem an easy solution to achieve the integration level required for complex logic circuits. -

it is quiet possible to implement all the boolean gates on optiwave……as suggested by all………….
