Hello, I am an Algerian communication engineering student at University of Biskra, I need your optisystem software as soon as possible I’ve contacted one of your services before but they offered me a cloud lease license instead (which I’m not ok with it), if there’s anyway I can get a normal local license for educational purposes and how much will it cost.
