  Hello Friends,
  My question is while implementing hierarchical modulation using, 16QAM and QPSk schemes, should I of 16QAM-I of QPSK, and Q-Q of these schemes be added to get scatter plot? or I should add I to Q of other and vice versa? As I am not getting exact scatter plot.
