We have purchased two licenses from you. The numbers are

As far as I understand, the licenses should be perpetual. However, when I am trying to launch the OptiSystem 14 installed on my desktop with two licenses stubs plugged and shining, it says “can not obtaining license. terminating application”.
Does this mean our licenses have all expired?
