      Dear Miss/Sir,

My name is Yunchu Li, a Principal Optical Engineer working at MACOM Horseheads.

We have purchased two licenses from you. The numbers are

      (removed)
      (removed)

As far as I understand, the licenses should be perpetual. However, when I am trying to launch the OptiSystem 14 installed on my desktop with two licenses stubs plugged and shining, it says “can not obtaining license. terminating application”.

Does this mean our licenses have all expired?

      Regards,
      Yunchu Li

Please attach a screenshot of http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html. If you are unable to access this page, try the following:

      1. Disable your antivirus (if possible)
      2. Download the HASP drivers: https://resources.optiwave.com?action=get-download&download=hasp-drivers
      3. Navigate to the folder where the file from the previous step was saved to
      4. While holding the shift key, right-click in the white space beneath the haspdinst.exe file and click the “Open command window here” option from the menu that pops up:
        Open Command Window Here
      5. In the command prompt window, type “haspdinst.exe -kp -fr -purge” (without the quotes) to uninstall the drivers
      6. Once you receive the completed message, type “haspdinst.exe -i” (without the quotes) to install the drivers
      7. Load http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html to verify the drivers were successfully re-installed and are running.
      8. Enable your antivirus (if disabled in step 1)
      9. Attach a screenshot of http://localhost:1947/_int_/features.html
