Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hello
Pleas I have a problem in graphing using Report for Power vs Min.BER.
When I drag Power to x-axis it is ok comes to it correctly, but when I drag the Min. BER to y-axis it does not go onto y-axis instead it replaces the Power on x-axis!
Where is the problem? how can I put it on y-axis? please it is urgent I am busy on this problem about a month, Plz Help I thank you very much.
Dear Nawroz,
please refer to the example (Lesson 4 Parameter Sweeps – BER x Input power.osd) located at the following link for guidance. Meanwhile, I calculate the project and I am attaching two images to show you the setup and results. You need to drag the parameter from the results of the component in the project browser to the proper axis.
