What is the significance of GMCW for waveguide coupled micro-resonators? How does one decide the no. of steps for GMCW propagation?
I am getting the power values in the micro-resonator higher than that in the waveguide from where the input field was launched. I failed to interpret this anomaly. Any incite into this is highly appreciated.
when use a Gaussian pulse for a resonator, the no. of time steps should be large enough so that the response in time domain can delay to a very small value (for example, 0.1 % of the peak value).
