I want to design a Gas Chamber/Cell in Matlab and then use in the OptiSystem for Gas detection using Fiber Bragg Gratting.
Kindly help me, that how I can design a gas cell in Matlab and then use in the Optisystem.

You may refer to the datasheet of the Matlab component in OptiSystem that you would access it by selecting the help button. The details on the signal structure and the process to write the Matlab code that will be executed in OptiSystem Matlab component are described there.
