Hi, guys.
I want to know whether the FSO channel in OPTISYSTEM is a frequency-selective fading channel, because I try to build an OFDM-FSO system and draw a picture with subcarrier number on the horizontal axis and OSNR on the vertical axis, just like this picture I uploaded. Is this feasible? If you can, tell me how to operate, thank you!
Hello,
You may transmit OFDM signal over the FSO channel in OptiSystem. You may use the Noise Source component to add noise to control the SNR or Set OSNR component to control the OSNR in your system.
There are few examples on OFDM in OptiSystem Example library located at the following link that can be used for guidance.

thanks. Is there a frequency-selective fading channel in optisystem that can be used directly?
