Will any one suggest me a way to achieve mode locking of fiber lasers with the help of saturable absorber using this optisystem software.

You may try the examples in OptiSystem Example Library on Fiber Laser located at the following link. There are examples for passive and active mode locking.
C:\Users\USER NAME\Documents\OptiSystem 17.1 Samples\Optical amplifiers\Fiber lasers and amplifiers

As of your suggestion and examples i worked in optisystem and designed a ring and linear cavity to achieve a modelocking, but i am unable to get it, because i dono how to adjust the parameters of tm doped fiber to achieve my goal..
