Hi, I want to ask can we import the Eye Analyzer data for plotting Eye trace in e.g Matlab? Which software will be best suited for this kind of plot other than Matlab?

If I understood your question, you may export the data from any visualizer in OptiSystem using Export feature that you can access it by selecting the icon on top left of the visualizer view window, then select “Export data…” as shown in the attachment. This data can be used for post process using any software you like.
