I have been trying to simulate evanescent wave optical fiber sensor. The Optical fiber contains a tapered region (length ~ 1 cm), which is doped in a solution whose refractive index is to be sensed. Could anyone please let me know, which software of Optifdtd could be used for the above purpose.
