Hello hosam,welcome to optiwave. I would like to troubleshoot your issues, but sorry ,do not able to see any file attached by you. Forum members can help you,if you share your simulation file.
Moreover, you can see the tutorials given by optiwave to getting start software and advance simulation examples. You can find these in samples.
