ERROR DE LICENCIA

Buen dia, pueden ayudarme con la solución de instalación pro favor, descargo el instalador en mi PC con Windows 10, instalo todo correctamente y se instala normal, pero al abrir el programa presiono en “nuevo” me salen 2 errores , 1″License unavailable. Error #102: License not available [86]”,”Could not obtain license. Terminating application.”, se supone que es prueba de 30 dias, hice los pasos correctos de instalación y no me funciona el programa, ayudenme porfavor
