Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hi every one !
Hope u all are fine.
I am trying to enhance frequency of electrical signal from 1.25 GHz to 12.5 GH using “x10 Multiplier” but there is no such one input multiplier tool present in Opti sys 7 which can directly multiply input signal and gave me 12.5 GHz frequency (with out making side bands).
The Multiplier present in arithmetic lib in V 7 is based on 2 inputs which if I use, result into multiple side bands and i wanted to avoid them.
Therefore i need help to use such a technique which converts my input frequency directly to 12.5 GHz without generating extra side bands.
Any one has idea/technique of getting 12.5 GHz directly (without generating side bands or without using 2 input multiplier), Kindly share ??
I will be thankful to you.
Best Regards
How about a multiplier and an electrical band pass filter?
