Dear all;
-I need to design an optical waveguide which has P and N type, and the material of waveguide is silicon, my question is which material is suggested for electrode and why? any references?
-I need to know which thickness could be more effective in case of silicon P-N junction waveguide and has less loss on the waveguide
-I need to know how to calculate the distance between two electrode in case of how many voltage should be implemented to change the phase.
-I need to know what is the constrauctive and destructive in case of waveguide
Please let me know if you guys has any references regarding to these matters( Please Asap)
