Hello,
Did anyone here try to use OptiFDTD to compute the effective index of a plasmonic W.G. (IMI or MIM), 2D or 3D at different wavelengths and at different guide width?
Did you face any wavelengths at which the program could not compute an neff?
Or any width at which the program also doesn’t find any modes??
Please help, I’ve been stuck in this issue for some time.

Hi Nouha ,i have the same issue i want i want compute the effective index to choose the best matarials for cladding and substrate.can any one help me to compute the transmission and reflexion power .Thanx for your help.
