Hi,I am learning the software.I came across DWDM-https://optiwave.com/applications/dwdm/ ….. I have made the layout exactly as it is shown in the video with the same attributes but I am not getting the same BER graph plot.

Good to know that that you are learning the software. it is good to start using samples.
I suggest you to please check your layout, to ensure that it is exactly the same as it is shown in the attached file.
Because I am unable to open your attached file. once match it will give the desired output.

Here i have made several changes in your file and attached below. check the system and BER analyzer also gives the result. Everytime you make a system, check for parameters of all components and global parameters also.
I am agree with Abhishek .You can see this file,t works properly.
