Hi
most of the examples in QAM and QAM OFDM systems, I found most of the cases are for Dual QAM. I tried to simulate 64 qam ofdm but it gives very poor BER even for back to back communication?
is there any particular reason for this?
I mean I am getting better BER with Dual Polarization as compared to single polarisation. Is it ok?
Hi Priti,
In all cases the user has to put match his Tx and Rx design, to get good BER. Otherwise the system is not working properly. Afterwards, the user has to design his system in such a way to improve the BER based on his understanding of the system’s physics.
the attached example is working with single polarization, try to use it as a start point.
best regards,
Mohamed Abouseif
