I am working on Non-linear minimization technique for RoF link. I want to develop the predistorter Inverse model . I go through the various paper based on Digital Pre distorter specially memory polynomial which is consists of adaptive controller or Lookup table in case of memory less;
Delay DAC & ADC/ can we develop it is Optisystem. We proposed to develop in MATLAB right now.
How we can store the input signal then modify with reference to output signal.

Just making sure I understood you right. Do you mean that you want to store the signal in Matlab environment while you are planning to run the main scheme in OptiSystem?
I want to design like arrangement shown in fig attached , Presently we are try to develop the DPD section in MATLAB but we want to also develop the DPD section in optisystem
