Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hi every one. I have a question in the FBG sensors field.
I want to simulate an article titled “M. Elgaud, M. Zan, A. Abushagur, and A. A. A. Bakar, “Analysis of independent strain-temperature fiber Bragg grating sensing technique using OptiSystem and OptiGrating,” in Photonics (ICP), 2016 IEEE 6th International Conference on, 2016, pp. 1–3.”.
In the optigrating section, I’m having trouble and I can not figure it out.
Someone can help me simulate this part. please reply me.
thanks
I got the results of OptiGrating Section (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3) in these two OptiGrating projects attached.

hi mr steve dods.
Thankful. But the files that you attach are different from the article files. It is also stated in the article that two Gaussian apodized FBGs are used. Please help me in the full and accurate simulation of this article.
every body please help me. i need simulation this article
