In my system of 60 Ghz Carrier Frequency and 2.5 Gbps of data, I am using Mach Zehnder modulator. TO demodulate my signal, should I use amplitude or phase demodulator? Thank you

Once you check the RF spectrum at the output of the pin detector, you see a low-pass component in addition to other components located at multiple frequencies, which means you could detect the signal using lowpass filter without demodulation.
