I am using Mach-Zehnder modulator in my system to transmit 60 GHz carrier frequency with 2.5 Gbps of data. To demodulate the signal, should I use Amplitude demodulator or Phase demodulator? Thank you

Once you check the RF spectrum at the output of the pin detector, you see a low-pass component in addition to other components located at multiple frequencies, which means you could detect the signal using lowpass filter without demodulation.
