Hello,
Typically, you can set the polarization of the light generated by the laser. Also, you may use polarization controller component to set/change the polarization.
Again crosstalk can’t be viewed in an eye diagram. You may compare two eye diagrams, one with crosstalk and the other with no cross talk and compare the crosstalk effect on the Q-factor, BER/SER, etc…
